In this episode, I'll take you behind the scenes as to how I go about preparing for my radio broadcasts with UMass Lowell. I'll cover all the details, from soup to nuts, everything from starting with a day of recovery to discussing every detail of what happens on the day of a broadcast.

The Providence Steamroller won the NFL championship in 1928! In this episode, I visit with author, sports historian and researcher Greg Tranter as we discuss his book about the Steamroller franchise.
